Select the OS from below and install the application.
Connect your PTP to the OS by providing the 9-digit code.
(Your PTP can do this for you once they are connected.)
Go to https://oculus.com/casting
Put on VR, choose Share and Cast to the system your PTP is connected to. They will be able to see your VR environment.

1. Download GW Remote Assistance Application.
2. Launch the downloaded application.
3. Give the 9-digit number to your Technologist via chat or phone.
When you want to end the session, quit the application. This will ensure that your computer cannot be remotely accessed any more until you download and/or run the program again.
